The LC-192 backpack was especially designed for the Icom IC-705, but can of course also be used with other radios. On the top is a separate compartment for the radio, below is a large compartment with its own flap for accessories, batteries, cables, etc. An arbitrarily adjustable divider keeps order in the large compartment.
The backpack is well padded all around to protect the IC-705 and accessories. The back of the LC-192 is equipped with a breathable padding (as well as the carrying straps), so that the LC-192 can be carried comfortably on longer hikes without pressing or rubbing.
A light plastic mounting plate is attached to the side, which allows the use of small portable antennas. Different constructions are possible, both for shortwave and FM. Of course there are holes in the backpack for the passage of cables. But with the optional Bluetooth headset VS-3 the IC-705 could also be used wirelessly.
