When you finish choosing products press the button [ Checkout ] which is found in your screen and you will enter a secure connection where you will be asked to choose the way of payment and shipping method.

The working hours of FreeBytes are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thirsday and Friday from 9:00 until 16:00. Orders that are received in our off days are served immediately the next working day.
PAYMENT
FREEBYTES has attended so that you may pay with the most modern and widespread ways today which is the credit card.
CREDIT CARD: If you have a credit card you can use it safely through our order form. The process of paying by credit cards is covered by the most modern specifications of safety in the secure server of the bank establishment we co-operate with. During the process of paying by credit card there is no charge in your account. Initially there is only pre-aprooval of the transaction taking place. Final charge is done only if the product you have ordered is available and at the time of shipment. If the product is not available the pre-aprooval will be cancelled.
SHIPPING
FREEBYTES has assured for you the best methods of shipping products, collaborating with the Greek Post Office and with ACS and Sppedex Courier. Shipping of products can be done only in Greece and at selected countries. During the completion of your order you can select the desirable way of shipping and you can be informed for the cost of each way of shipping separately. Products that are immediately available are usually dispatched the next day from the day you place your order. If a product is not available and you order it, it will be sent to you when it becomes available, you will also be informed with email and asked if you agree with shipping in later time. You will not be charged absolutely nothing if you place an order of not immediately available product. You will only be charged when the product becomes available and only if you agree for shipping it during later time. In case where an order includes available and not available products we will ship only the available and you will be charged only for them. For not available products you will be informed according to the above process. We would also like to inform you that sometimes we offer free shipping for selected products only for Greece and only with Greek Post shipping.
POST OFFICE: If you select shipping with GREEK POST, the items that you have in your order will be send with the Greek Posts. You will receive them after 2 to 5 weekdays, from the day of shipping, from the postal office of your region, if your address in in Greece, it will take longer if you live abroad. The fees of shipping will be charged according to the payment method you have selected.
ACS Courier: If you select shipping with ACS Courier, the products that you have in your order will be sent with ACS. You will receive them the next day of shipping from FREEBYTESif your adress is in Greece, it will take 5 to 10 days if you live abroad.. The fees for shipping will be charged according to the payment method you have selected. SPEEDEX Courier: If you select shipping with SPEEDEX Courier, the products that you have in your order will be sent with SPEEDEX. You will receive them the next day of shipping from FREEBYTES if your adress is in Greece, it will take 5 to 10 days if you live abroad.. The fees for shipping will be charged according to the payment method you have selected.
In case the courier that you have choser considers your area remote and applies extra charges, you will be advised about this and the shipping will take place only if you agree to pay the extra charges.
RETURNS
FREEBYTES respecting your right to change your mind for your purchase, accepts the return of any product that was bought from www.FREEBYTES.com, for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund, with the condition that the product is unused, and it is contained in its original packing which should not be opened. The expenses of returning the product to us are exclusively yours. In case where a product that you received is defective from manufacture, then FREEBYTES will replace or repair it.
